1. Coaching Services

Our coaching programs are designed to provide education, guidance, and support throughout your personal growth journey.

Due to the time, preparation, and personalised nature of our coaching services, all coaching sessions, coaching packages, workshops, and mentoring programs are non-refundable once purchased.

If you are unable to attend a scheduled coaching session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. We will gladly reschedule your appointment where possible. Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited and are not eligible for a refund.

Mind Over Mutter does not guarantee specific personal, emotional, financial, or relationship outcomes, as results depend on each individual's commitment, participation, and circumstances.

2. Digital Products

All digital products, including but not limited to eBooks, downloadable guides, workbooks, journals, templates, meditation recordings, videos, and online courses, are delivered electronically.

Due to their instant access and downloadable nature, all digital product sales are final. Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not available once access has been granted, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

If you experience any technical issues accessing your digital purchase, please contact us and we will assist you as soon as possible.

3. Physical Products

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect physical product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Where appropriate, we will provide:

A replacement product;
A refund; or
An exchange.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging where applicable.

Refunds or exchanges are not available for change of mind unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
