Disclaimer & Informed Consent

By booking a trauma-informed coaching session with Mind Over Mutter, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following terms:

• Scope of Practice: Trauma-informed coaching helps you build resilience, understand your nervous system, and move forward with life goals. It is not psychological counseling, psychotherapy, or trauma therapy.

• No Medical or Clinical Advice: This service does not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health conditions, clinical depression, anxiety disorders, or PTSD. It is not a substitute for medical or psychiatric care.

• Crisis Support: This coaching is not a crisis or emergency service. If you experience intense distress, flashbacks, or a mental health crisis, you agree to contact a licensed therapist or emergency medical services immediately.

• Strict Confidentiality: Everything you share during our sessions is kept private and confidential. The only exceptions are if there is a clear risk of harm to yourself or others, or if required by law.

• Cancellation & Refund Policy: To respect each other's time, all sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a forfeiture of the session fee.

• Personal Responsibility: You are the expert of your own life. You agree to practice self-care and take full responsibility for your physical, mental, and emotional well-being during and after our calls.
